Please be mindful of open trash containers and the presence of vultures and other wildlife.
Additionally, in compliance with the Covenants of Chesapeake Village, Section VII 1. P. states: Garbage, trash and other refuse shall be placed in covered containers. Trash and garbage containers shall not be permitted to remain anywhere in view from public roadways except on days of trash collection. If any member wants to pay their Annual Assessments electronically, send an email to the HOA Board of Directors (ChesapeakeVillage@gmail.com) to provide the email address that the invoice should be emailed to, and payments can be made directly through the emailed invoice.
Meeting Highlights
Board of Directors Meeting on May 13, 2025: - The Board encourages homeowners/HOA members to become involved with the following committees: Architectural Review Committee, Community Improvement Committee, Social Committee, Welcome Committee, HOA Covenants Review Committee, Luminarias Committee. If you are interested, send an email to the HOA Board at ChesapeakeVillage@gmail.com. - Members are reminded that any additions, alterations and improvements should be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee as referenced in the Covenants. If you have any questions, send an email to the HOA Board at ChesapeakeVillage@gmail.com - Annual Inspections are scheduled for the week of June 16, 2025, by Marlowe and Associates. A reinspection for those with homes with violations reported and approved by the Board is scheduled for the week of September 15, 2025. A notice and sample checklist was mailed to all homeowners. Next MeetingBoard of Directors Meeting: June 10, 2025 at 7:30p.
The Board of Directors encourages all members of the HOA to attend, and take an active role in the community.

Community Improvement Project:
The Community Improvement Committee continues to work with Kor.10 on phase 2 which will define specific projects, locations, scope and cost that the Board can present to all homeowners for input and a vote on whether or not to proceed. Things that are being considered at this point are a community landscaping, playset, community garden, trails, bird watching stations, and community gathering area. If you have additional suggestions or questions about the initiative please email the HOA at chesapeakevillage@gmail.com.
