Architectural Review Committee
Step 1: Complete the project approval request form with full contact information and description of project.
Step 2: Send request form along with drawings, pictures, specifications, etc. to the HOA for review. Package can be sent via e-mail (mailto:chesapeakevillage@gmail.com) or delivered to any Board member.
Step 3: The ARC will review the package within 10 business days and contact you directly with any questions or provide written approval for your project.
Any questions or concerns should be directed to the ARC Chairman or the Board President.
